VISA request

Visa Waiver Program

Not every foreign visitor is required to obtain a visa to enter the U.S.A.

All the travellers coming for tourism or business for 90 days or less from qualified countries (see below) may be eligible to visit the U.S. without a visa.

The countries participating to the visa waiver program are the followings: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

If you are from one of the listed countries, you will be able to get into the U.S. without a visa, but you will have to stay less than 90 days on the American territory(return flight ticket compulsory), and to own a passport (see American Embassy website to know the description of the valid passport).

To benefit from this special program, please fill in the ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) form that you will find on the following website: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/

Most of the time, you will receive an answer within a day, but we advise you to do it as soon as possible, just in case a visa would be required.

If your country is not listed, you will have to apply for a Business Visa B1.
